The RNC has acknowledged problems with their email and communication systems. In order to circumvent problems in the future, the RNC has signed a multi-million dollar contract with Halliburton Dubai for a new system. (pictured at left)

We laugh, but it's probably true. Noo doubt they are setting up the servers in Dubai as I type.
