Bush Veterans Affairs Department bans voter registration drives at veterans facilities.
This needs to be circulated far, wide, and repeatedly. Apparently there is a dearth of shame in the Bush appointed members of the VA. This is so reprehensible.

I hope there is a move to set up voter registration tables just outside of the facilities. What a fucking outrage.
It is sickening that these scum get away with all this crap but you know that speaks volumes for what many veterans including myself really think. It makes it hard because some of us have sons in Iraq and Afghanistan as I do but I am very anti Bush while backing them!
My nephew is career army. He's now an MP sergeant in Baghdad. (second time). He was in Kosovo and Afghanistan. His mother, my S-I-L, is a reserve nurse and is scheduled for Afghanistan this fall. She was in the first Gulf War and the current occupation, too. I support them, of course, and everyone else out there, but Bush? No thank you.
