Apparently with some dogs, you have to watch that you are not physically lower than them, or they translate that to mean they are the leaders of the pack.
I wonder what the lion is thinking while he can feel her body moving ... food? Prey?
Anything can set the big cats off, just ask Roy... No matter how much 'training' they've had, they are still wild animals.
I've heard that exposing the throat gives a strong signal to lots of animals, too. mainly, within the same species, it says-- 'ok, you win, I surrender.'
somehow, I don't think I'd want to be saying that to a lion-- but that's just me.
