Photo Credit: Steven SunshineMadame Tussauds flew its wax statue of Abraham Lincoln to D.C. on a Delta Shuttle flight on Thursday. Abe rode in the coach section with regular, non-presidential passengers. As for how they got him to sit down, a spokeswoman informs us that he will be depicted in a seated position in the wax museum, which opens in Penn Quarter on Oct. 5th.As long as he's not in an emergency exit row, I'm cool with it.

They could have at least offered Lincoln a window seat.
Being that he is a long legged gentleman, I'm guessing he asked for an aisle seat.

Honestly, he's Abraham Lincoln! They could have sprung for first class.
I had the middle seat and had his elbow in my face the whole way.

I'd take wax Lincoln (elbow and all) over a chatty salesman any day. Got waylaid on the train once by a salesman who felt like chatting about politics (yes, he was an idiot) while I obviously was holding an open book.
The wax Ronald Reagan would have gone first class.
