I swear his eyes are getting closer together and sinking into his head. Must be terrible to think you are the chosen one but have the entire world disagree with you.....
maybe he's like a flounder, the eyes move to the side of the head as the fish matures (although in Chimpy's case we can rule out maturation, let's call it aging.)
